As a key member of the Vicinity Centres team, the Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial efficiency and customer satisfaction of our shopping centres.

- Process invoices, procurements, and tenant manual billings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Facilitate the upskilling of administration skills to develop capabilities required to step into the Administration Manager role.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all stakeholders, contributing to the delivery of exemplary customer experiences.
- Background in financial administration (accounts receivable and/or payable) and reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to change in systems, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in an environment where the customer experience is at the forefront of everything.
- Innovative and champion new ideas to improve customer outcomes.
