About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Coordinator to join our team at Insignia Financial. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our financial planners, including data management, report preparation, and paperwork management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Project Support: Assist our financial planners with key projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the team, including reception coverage and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
