Market Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand forecasting, statistical analysis, and supply chain management.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate forecasts, analyzing market trends, and optimizing inventory levels. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and data analysis.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in planning and analysis within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Proficient in using planning software and tools, including SAP and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as operations management or business administration.
