**Job Summary**

We seek a skilled Dessert Artisan to craft high-quality desserts and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present desserts to a high standard
  • Manage tasks and employees in the dessert bar
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work efficiently during peak periods and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Dessert Artisan or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of desserts, Acai Bowls, Shakes, and Gelato
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with POS systems
  • Stock and inventory management

Working Conditions:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Afternoon and evening shifts available

As a Dessert Artisan, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious desserts. You must be able to work efficiently during peak periods and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
