Job Title: Skilled Dessert Artisan

We are seeking a talented individual to join our gelato team. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment where you will be responsible for creating high-quality desserts.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in excess of 24 hours per week
  • Previous experience in busy environments or behind a bar/waiter
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:
  • Churn fresh gelato daily
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory
  • Clean the kitchen and adhere to food safety practices
  • Assist with orders and deliveries
  • Provide front-of-house service as needed

We offer a casual work arrangement and a competitive hourly rate of $32.06 - $39.48. In addition, we provide employee benefits including an employee discount, free drinks, and free food.

Available shifts include afternoon, day shift, evening shift, and weekends. Penalty rates and tips apply. Australia Work Authorisation is required.
