**GELATO MAKER / KITCHEN CHEF**

**Location**: 181 Enmore Road, Enmore, Sydney

**Cow and the Moon** is a well-established, family-run business known for our internationally award-winning artisan gelato and bespoke sweets. We're looking for a passionate gelato maker or someone with kitchen experience to join our dedicated team in Sydney.

**About the Role**:

- Part-time: 25-32 hours per week
- Produce high volumes of premium gelato for our venues
- Assist in the kitchen with preparation of our core ingredients, including baking and following set recipes
- Collaborate with a hardworking and creative kitchen team

**About You**:

- At least 1 year of hospitality experience (kitchen experience preferred but not essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Genuine interest in desserts and gelato
- Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
- Eager to learn new skills and grow with us
