Job Description:

We are a growing artisan bakery in the south of Sydney, approximately 25 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes' walk from Kirrawee train station.

Our team produces a range of organic sourdoughs and pastry from scratch using natural ingredients.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting with washing up, packing and slicing baked goods, preparing and weighing ingredients, and working with a cleaning roster.

Opportunities exist to grow within the business in various areas such as operations, production, pastry, baking, sales or other directions.

The bakery is conveniently located near public transport and street parking is available. We welcome applicants with experience but also consider those with the right attitude and potential for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
