Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the rollout of an advanced compensation module and process improvements as part of our Workday HCM implementation across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end, complex programs of works across multiple geographies with different time zones
  • Experience in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations is essential
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders on complex projects
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with tight timeframes

Requirements:

  • Strong project management certifications (PMP) are highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence is required
