Compensation Professional Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled people leader to drive the compensation function forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the compensation & damages function to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting annual operating plan targets. They will also embed quality assurance processes, provide specialist input into data science programs, and develop education programs for stakeholders to reduce claims leakage.

The ideal candidate will have advanced analytic skills, strong relationships with the solicitor community, and the ability to leverage data and process change to drive better detection of compensable claims, recovery, and customer experience.

  • Main Accountabilities:
  • Establish a strong presence in the solicitor community to drive high levels of detection and recovery of compensable funds.
  • Lead the compensation & damages function to meet financial targets and improve customer experience.
  • Embed quality assurance processes to ensure business confidence in team outputs.
  • Develop education programs for stakeholders to reduce claims leakage.
