Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Care Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Job Description:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Coordinate client services and carer schedules on a daily basis.
  • Manage incoming requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Match carers and clients based on their requirements, skills, experience, and personality.
  • Work with key stakeholders to provide relevant information from initial requests.
  • Set up and finalise new client schedules.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience with telephone communication as the primary method.
  • Previous experience in scheduling/rostering people and/or services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills and experience in MS Office suite.
  • An outgoing personality with high energy levels, good communication skills, and personable telephone manner.
  • A demonstrated interest and empathy in supporting older and vulnerable people.
