Internal Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Specialist to play a vital role in developing and implementing internal communications strategies. This involves creating and delivering high-quality communications materials, including executive and ministerial correspondence, presentations, project updates, reports and intranet content.

This position requires the development, implementation and evaluation of change management plans and schedules to achieve organisational objectives. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to stakeholders on effective communication and change management practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in Communications, Change Communications, Stakeholder Relations, Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
  • Australian Citizenship status.
