About Your New Role

You will develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing core values of connection, communication, and consideration to life in your everyday practice.
  • Assisting with observations, evaluations, and program design to foster all aspects of children's development.
  • Working as an effective team member and within defined position description.

You will be supported by our Centre Leadership Team in your new role, as you learn fundamental skills of being an inspired educator within our community.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A commitment to providing a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for all children and their families.
  • An understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children.
  • Current valid Working with Children Check, ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services, and First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
