At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. Our Crew/Barista's at GYG, are front and center guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience. From taking orders, expertly crafting burritos, restocking fridges and making every guest love us through our coffee whilst learning other roles across the restaurant, you will showcase your versatility as a team player. Every burrito you roll, every guest you serve, contributes to the success of our restaurant and GYG.
Experience is helpful, but it's not everything. What we mean is:
- Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
- You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
- 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
- Barista fundamentals
- Availability to work mornings Monday to Friday
