The Commercial Finance Analyst will work in a collaborative environment to provide divisional support across accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate site-specific month-end accounting functions within defined timeframes.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reporting packs for the business.
  • Coordinate the annual budget process through the consolidation of quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of market data to support product decisions.
  • Run analysis of key cost drivers to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience within a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment is highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
