Head of Process Plant Projects

We are seeking a senior project leader to oversee the delivery of complex, high-value process plant projects globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years' experience in complex EPC or modular plant delivery
  • Strong grounding in project management with engineering qualifications (Mechanical, Process, or Electrical)
  • Commercial instinct, able to lead claims, negotiations, and customer pushback when needed
  • Past site or commissioning exposure to back up leadership credibility
  • Experience managing project managers and leading a delivery function
