Project Leadership Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced project leader to oversee the delivery of our infrastructure projects from development to completion.

  1. Project Oversight: Lead projects from development and sales handover to client and O&M handover, ensuring seamless transitions and effective project management.
  2. Construction and Commissioning: Be responsible for project construction, commissioning, and day-to-day project management, guaranteeing high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  3. Delivery Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget, and to the agreed design specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects, fostering collaboration, and driving project success.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget, making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating potential risks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Electrical Engineering Background: A strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with a deep understanding of technical concepts and principles.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues, and make informed decisions.
