Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering project leader to drive the delivery of complex modular projects worldwide.

This is a pivotal appointment designed to strengthen execution, raise team capability, and set the foundations for long-term leadership succession. The successful candidate will lead an experienced team of project managers in delivering high-value EPC assignments across various sectors.

The role offers a unique opportunity to shape how major modular projects are delivered from procurement through to customer handover. You will have the chance to progress into a senior operations role depending on growth and performance.

The company operates a lean and decisive execution model with minimal overhead, offering real responsibility and global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor project managers in running complex modular EPC projects across global markets.
  • Provide escalation support on claims, procurement, and project strategy.
  • Drive commercial outcomes by pursuing variations, extensions of time, and contractual rights.
  • Support the evolution of divisional P&L structures and long-term operational scalability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years' experience in complex EPC or modular plant delivery.
  • A strong grounding in project management with relevant engineering qualifications.
  • Commercial instinct, able to lead claims, negotiations, and customer pushback when needed.
  • Past site or commissioning exposure to back up your leadership with credibility.
  • Experience managing project managers and leading a delivery function.
