We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
- Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow customer portfolios.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and escalating complaints as required.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify and qualify leads.
- Participate in customer initiatives to develop and maintain account and portfolio plans.
