  • Engage, educate, and retain brokers while identifying opportunities to enhance our market presence across the broader business.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to deliver an exceptional broker experience and leverage industry networks and aggregator partnerships to expand market share.
  • Confidently navigate complex financial processes, proactively identify growth opportunities, and effectively collaborate with internal teams to support broker success.
