Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

This is a part-time role that requires someone who can provide high-end customer service and build key relationships with members.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced premium customer service role, and be passionate about health and fitness.

Key responsibilities include driving member growth, sales, care, and retention, as well as administrative duties.

For this position, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work autonomously, and has excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
