The Opportunity

A full-time position exists in our Melbourne office as a Leasing Executive, working within the Retail Leasing division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a start within Commercial Real Estate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
  • Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders
  • Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
  • Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
  • Supporting across administration, invoicing and creating submissions as required

What makes you suitable for this role?

  • Previous experience in property management, property sales or leasing in any sector
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within retail property
  • Current Real Estate licence
