Key Role: Retail Leasing Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Retail Leasing Executive. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about retail leasing.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' leasing experience in shopping centres, preferably with a landlord-side agency or managing their own portfolio. They should also possess a strong network of retailer contacts and demonstrable deal flow, as well as a deep understanding of asset strategy, tenancy mix, and how sales drive value.

In this role, the successful candidate will be organized, commercially sharp, and able to close deals effectively. They will take pride in their follow-through, energy, and standard of work, and will thrive in a collaborative environment where autonomy and direct impact are valued.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse asset portfolio, driving outcomes, building retailer relationships, and delivering deals that matter. The right candidate will be passionate about retail leasing, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize returns on investment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Managing lease negotiations and agreements
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis to management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in retail leasing

  • Demonstrable deal flow
  • Deep understanding of asset strategy, tenancy mix, and how sales drive value
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
