Job Opportunity

This leadership position entails spearheading sales initiatives for investment products and insurance solutions through strategic partnerships. Ideal candidates possess in-depth knowledge of financial markets, exceptional business-to-business sales skills, and effective communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with new business partners for the distribution of investment and insurance products.
  • Meet sales targets for investments and insurance across various categories.
  • Promote cross-selling of financial products through partner networks.
  • Maintain strong connections with sub-brokers, mutual fund distributors, and insurance advisors.
  • Provide regular product updates, training, and support to partners.
  • Cultivate engagement initiatives among partners to boost business volumes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
  • Share insights and feedback from the field to enhance products and marketing strategies.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications include AMFI & IRDAI.
  • Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds/Insurance is advantageous.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of investment and insurance products.
  • Outstanding B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
