Job Opportunity

A dynamic role is available for a Marketing Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Brand Marketing team, consisting of four Brand Marketing Executives and one Content Production Executive. Your primary goal will be to drive marketing activity that achieves measurable results and supports the overall Group Marketing Plan.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Brand Marketing team in delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with management peers to ensure a cohesive approach to JCT600’s marketing efforts.
  • Maintain high standards of in-store merchandising, enhancing customer experience and reflecting brand identity.
  • Accurately measure marketing activity, including tagging and tracking, to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in leading high-performing marketing teams or equivalent.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other required applications.
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to support operational aspects of the business.
  • Decisive decision-making skills around campaign design and channel spend.
