Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the portfolio of Business Unit programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Define and report on delivery KPIs, progress, and status for the programs/initiatives portfolio.
  • Ensure data quality and structure across portfolio/delivery management tools.
  • Support the leadership team in work prioritisation, issue resolution, and capacity management.
  • Prepare and facilitate Big Room Planning as part of the Quarterly Delivery Cycle.
  • Facilitate Business Unit cross-programs/initiatives ceremonies.
  • Coordinate risk management across all initiatives and projects.
  • Support squads in resolving inter-squad, inter-Tribe, and inter-BU issues and dependencies.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous Portfolio Management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced data analysis skills.
  • Experience working within an eCommerce and/or retail business would be advantageous.
