We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive the delivery of our people strategy and enable business performance.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted strategic adviser and commercial partner who can develop and implement talent, culture, reward, and capability strategies to deliver strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement talent, culture, reward, and capability strategies, processes, and procedures to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Provide responsive advice, support, and coaching to leaders on policy matters related to workforce management, recruitment, talent retention and development, engagement, performance, and reward.
  • Coach leaders to improve leadership capability, create strong working relationships, build morale, foster development, and increase retention.
  • Partner with relevant teams to ensure a coordinated approach to implementing agreed projects.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior stakeholders. They should be high-energy, engaging, and commercially focused.

Key Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a mid-large corporate environment.

They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
