Job Title

 

We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior business leaders and establish strategic HR plans to support key initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice, coaching, and support to people managers and employees on a wide range of matters.
  • Develop and implement Reflect Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) to drive cultural transformation.
  • Partner with DEIB specialists to support the delivery of global goals and observances.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years' hands-on experience in human resources, with a proven track record of advising leaders on employee lifecycle topics.
  • Passion for work within HR and DEIB, preferably in the environmental/sustainability space.
