As a skilled Maintenance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our Ballarat plant's mechanical assets. This position involves proactive completion of scheduled maintenance tasks, as well as addressing unplanned issues to maintain asset reliability and efficiency.

  • ">
  • Comply with safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others">
  • Perform assigned scheduled maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality standards">
  • Collaborate with the production team to address urgent equipment defects and capitalize on opportunity windows">
  • Work effectively with contractors and utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills to interpret mechanical diagrams">
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback on completed work orders, including asset information, time spent, and comments">
  • Raise notifications for identified corrective work requirements and confirm time and TECOs work orders">

  • A current Cert IV in Mechanical qualification or equivalent experience">
  • A valid driver's license and forklift license are essential">
  • Sound computer skills and proficiency in SAP and SRM systems would be an advantage">
