Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for the welcome area, handling office support queries related to office and building amenities, as well as meeting rooms.
  2. Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
  3. Assist the Office Experience team with purchase orders and invoice processing.
  4. Sort all incoming mail and deliveries and organize outgoing couriers.
  5. Monitor Office Experience inbox and action any appropriate requests.
  6. Work alongside the Office Experience team to ensure smooth running of office activations and events to boost employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  7. Collaborate with the Office Experience team, housekeeping staff, cleaners, and building management to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  8. Coordinate with external vendors for office services, repairs, and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in office coordination or a related administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  2. Proactive and problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and third parties.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Windows office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in all areas of work.
