This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the health and safety of our operational workforce by delivering comprehensive training programs.
About The Role- Delivering training in various locations, including project induction sessions.
- Developing relevant training materials aligned with our scope and risk profile.
- Performing ongoing assurance activities to ensure our training program is effective.
- Maintaining accurate records of training, reports, and processes for efficiency.
- Designing and delivering impactful health and safety training programs for diverse workforces.
- Developing and maintaining accurate training records and reports.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with our health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address health and safety risks.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Certificate IV in WHS.
- Proficiency in utilizing systems for administrative tasks (Microsoft 365; Excel and PowerPoint, database management).
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training packages.
- Experience in presenting to groups in the workplace.
- Well-developed understanding in the interpretation of legislation.
- Development of reports and close out of corrective actions.
