As a key player in ensuring the well-being of our workforce, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive health and safety strategy across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of health and safety risks, including safety in design, project planning, high-risk activity workshops, SWMS, SOPs, and PPE.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide expert guidance on legislative and regulatory matters pertaining to health and safety.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and issues raised by regulatory bodies, clients, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular observations and inspections to ensure conformance with health and safety plans.
- You will possess exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful health and safety strategies.
- You will have a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards, as well as experience with conducting audits and investigations.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
