Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our organisational health and wellbeing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety initiatives across various locations
  • Manage risk registers and incident reporting systems
  • Mentor and coach health and safety professionals
  • Deliver training and capability-building programs

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in senior health and safety roles, strong knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance frameworks, and the ability to lead investigations and drive improvement.

This position involves developing and implementing regional health and safety strategies, mentoring health and safety professionals, and managing complex investigations and audits. If you have a passion for promoting workplace health, safety, and wellbeing, we encourage you to apply.
