Job Title: Educational Partnership Specialist

Foster meaningful relationships with educational institutions to promote academic opportunities and pathways.

  • Develop and lead strategic engagement initiatives to increase student outreach and retention.

About the Role

The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment division is responsible for organisational wide brand strategy and ongoing brand management, strategic marketing and planning, marketing communications activities, digital communication, research, and segmentation.

The Future Students team within the BMR Division provides strategic student recruitment direction and management for the university.

About You

A relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.

Substantial and extensive relevant senior administrative experience at an appropriate level.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent public speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a range of people from different cultural and educational backgrounds, and of different age groups.

Broad knowledge of education systems; university admission requirements, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the University to advance relationships with schools through structured partnership programs.
  • Increase the engagement and outreach of available academic initiatives.
  • Develop and promote new pathway programs and opportunities with local institutions and industry.
