About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Consultant for Educational Partnerships. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality educational programs and services to schools and teachers across Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching, literacy instruction, and project management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools, designing and delivering professional development workshops, and providing advisory support to teachers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a real difference in the lives of students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver professional development workshops to schools and teachers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school leaders and teachers
  • Provide advisory support to teachers on program implementation and literacy instruction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve educational programs and services
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching and literacy instruction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

  • Postgraduate qualification in special education
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment
  • Familiarity with MultiLit methodology and practice
