About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Administration Officer to join our team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia / Northern Territory. As a key member of our Remote Area Clinics team, you will provide administrative support to the Manager and clinical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including maintaining calendars, managing meeting bookings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Provide efficient and accurate word processing outputs using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Support clinical staff with data entry, navigation, and reporting from databases and systems.
  • Assist with business support activities, such as catering and room bookings.
About You

We are looking for an individual with exceptional administrative experience in a health setting, who can demonstrate their ability to manage competing demands and multiple projects while maintaining quality. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with professional and non-professional staff, clients, and the wider community.

Requirements
  • Exceptional administrative experience in a health setting.
  • Proven ability to set priorities and work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Advanced knowledge and competence in Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office 365.
  • A strong sense of initiative and a positive attitude.
