The Client Service Officer position is a part-time opportunity to support a dynamic customer service environment, delivering quality hearing health care outcomes for clients and collaborating with clinicians and hearing technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by empathizing with clients' hearing journeys and providing tailored solutions to improve their hearing and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to achieve quality hearing health care outcomes.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and government funding programs to expertly apply client-specific sales strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration or customer service roles, preferably in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
- Experience working with older demographics is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy are essential for supporting clients throughout their hearing journey.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification is required.
- Proficiency in computer literacy skills is necessary.
