The Client Service Officer position is a part-time opportunity to support a dynamic customer service environment, delivering quality hearing health care outcomes for clients and collaborating with clinicians and hearing technicians.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by empathizing with clients' hearing journeys and providing tailored solutions to improve their hearing and quality of life.

Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service roles, preferably in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
  • Experience working with older demographics is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy are essential for supporting clients throughout their hearing journey.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification is required.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy skills is necessary.
