Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and attentive Attendant to provide exceptional customer experiences for our patrons. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while enforcing our RSA & RCG policy.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Enforce the Club RSA & RCG policy
- Liaise with team members and other areas of operation
- Respond promptly to guest and member complaints
- Handle cash transactions when required
- Take and deliver orders efficiently
- Assist with club activities and promotions
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and security procedures are followed
Key Requirements:
- RSA and RCG Competency Card or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility in scheduling including weekends and night shifts
- Able to work in Australia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Presentation is crucial
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Responsible attitude towards industry regulations
