We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis at James Lane | Sleeping Giant Liverpool. Our business is located at The Grove Homemaker Centre at Liverpool, and we are looking for someone who is excited to be a part of our dynamic sales team.
As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their purchases, provide product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and managing and processing customers' orders, delivery and payment. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Salary and Benefits**:
