We're seeking a talented Claims Consultant to join our team in a National based portfolio of motor claims. As a key member, you'll handle inbound/outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of motor claims and delivering timely responses to customers.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and achieving the best possible outcomes for our customers.
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
