Motor Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Personal Accident department as a Claims Consultant.
This is a unique chance to work with a national and continuously growing insurance company, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor claims.
Your key responsibilities will include speaking with customers to gather information and discuss claims, entering data accurately in the system, and driving best outcomes for the customer.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
You will also have high attention to detail and excellent time management skills, with opportunities to continually up-skill with additional learning and development financially supported by the company.
