
Motor Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our claims service team, you will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls.
You will provide exceptional customer service to our customers in a timely manner, maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a national portfolio of motor claims
- Handling inbound/outbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
About You:
- A high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
- Insurance knowledge/background is highly desirable
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
- A strong attention to detail
- A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
