We are seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Claims Consultant to join our Property Claims team in Australia.
About the Role:The successful candidate will manage claims end-to-end, ensuring every interaction builds trust and delivers fair outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing claims from initial contact to resolution with empathy, efficiency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for helping people and delivering quality outcomes. Key skills and qualifications include:
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Intermediate computer skills – ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple systems.
