This role involves providing support to our delivery stations in various locations, promoting a culture of excellent employee relations and communication.
About the Role:
- This position requires collaboration with finance and payroll teams to develop innovative shift models.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to monitor employee engagement effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional collaboration with various teams to drive business objectives and improve productivity.
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives to maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and communication.
