**What You Will Be Doing**

You will provide expert consultancy advice to Managers and staff on all aspects of the Human Resources function, with particular focus on industrial relations advice and support. You will be responsible for ensuring that advice, processes and tools align with Peninsula Health policies, industrial obligations and best practice HR management. In addition, you will be responsible for implementation of strategic and operational priorities to assist the organisation in the management and engagement of our workforce.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Demonstrated business partnering and coaching experience within a medium to large organisation
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment, leading and assisting with interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and solving complex people issues
- Understanding of a wide range employee and industrial relations issues
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
