Become a Hearing Loss Support Professional

As a Customer Screening Officer, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers and their families living with hearing loss.
This is a permanent part-time role that offers great career growth opportunities and the chance to work in a collaborative supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing motivated personality be comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis possess previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets.
The successful candidate will also have strong listening & communication skills problem-solving ability as well as availability to work Full Time retail hours on a rotating roster and be willing to travel to multiple stores in the surrounding areas.
In this role, you will drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers work with the store team to achieve targets support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
