Responsibilities And Duties- Align processes to achieve efficient results
- Translate business plans into action plans and monitor progress through to completion
- Improve business processes to meet current goals and identify new ones to enhance profit and performance
- Reduce cost and cycle time, and improve production and service quality where appropriate
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies to achieve gains in business performance
- Support senior management with planning and strategic orientation
- Provide direction to staff and offer training, coaching and mentoring to enable progression
- Understanding of workers' compensation legislation and regulations
- Strong understanding of governing standards of practice
- Understanding of agent remuneration drivers
- Experience with GWCC, CRM Salesforce, QLIK reporting and other scheme systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self-management and organisational skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability
- Effective consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Innovative thinking and lateral problem-solving abilities
