**Job Opportunity: Process Improvement Specialist**We are seeking a process improvement specialist to support the standardisation and improvement of operational processes across the wider program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for procedure-oriented work to develop a strong understanding of a range of roles and map processes in a standardised, centralised and simplified system.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects with the Business Transformation Manager and supporting required training, improvement implementations and documentation of modified processes. You will also develop strong relationships and utilise a partnership approach with Field Teams and Functional Support teams to map processes, identify inconsistencies and partner with key team members to develop better ways of working.The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related field and excellent computer skills. They will also have high level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly within a business that highly values diversity and inclusion.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dashboards to track initiatives, deliverables, gather, present and report on Data.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience managing multiple software programs simultaneously.
  • High level interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly within a business that highly values diversity and inclusion.
