We're currently partnering with a well-established and reputable Commercial & Residential Construction group based in East Melbourne, VIC known for delivering high-quality commercial, residential and civil projects across Victoria.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator - Constructions to join their dynamic team.Job Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates across commercial, residential and civil projects (80% Commercial & Residential new builds, 20% Civil projects)Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scopeLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricingProduce detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, and cashflow forecastsSupport end-to-end tendering processes including submissions and clarificationsIdentify value engineering opportunities and potential cost savingsContribute to the implementation of new estimating software and cost control systemsRequirements:10+ years' estimating experience in commercial, residential and civil constructionStrong knowledge of commercial, residential and civil construction works (80% Commercial & Residential new builds, 20% Civil projects)Proven experience in commercial and premium residential buildsProficiency with estimating software and advanced Excel skillsExposure to project accounting systems and cost databasesHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesWhat You'll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary package, range between $150k - $200k + Super, reflective of your experience and contribution.Strong pipeline of projects spanning across Victoria.Join a well-regarded Construction company with a stable project pipelineDiverse project portfolio across commercial, residential and civil sectorsBe part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and qualityAction Needed:If this opportunity excites you, click 'Apply Now' to submit your updated CV or email to "
