Job Opportunity: Education Counselor

We are seeking a highly motivated Education Counsellor to contribute to our Sydney Team.

The primary objective of this role is to surpass set targets by:

  • Maintaining industry expertise and positioning Smart Direction Education and Visa Service as a leader in the industry.
  • Providing exceptional service to prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify solutions tailored to their requirements, driving sales growth and enhancing client satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively converting inquiries into sales, maximising conversion rates.
  • Identifying obstacles to sale and collaborating with the team to increase conversions.

This role involves:

  • Nurturing strong client-centric relationships and demonstrating value alignment with client expectations.
  • Setting clear expectations with clients, adhering to established guidelines and achieving objectives.
  • Educating clients on available services, advocating for client interests, and addressing potential obstacles to sale.
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships through proactive follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
  • Contributing market insights to the marketing team and supporting content production to ensure error-free delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience in education counselling.
