We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill a key role in our aged care services.

  • This position involves conducting thorough assessments of older adults' needs and preferences, identifying areas where we can provide support and assistance to help them live independently.

As a Clinical Aged Care Specialist, you will work closely with families, carers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
